How to Make 2026 the Year of Precision

As you start your 2026 planning cycle, ask yourself- and your leadership team- these five questions:

  1. What’s the one thing that would make everything else easier or unnecessary?

  2. Where are we rewarding output over impact?

  3. Which of our goals are truly aligned with our values and capacity?

  4. What do we need to stop doing to make room for what matters?

  5. How can we model clarity and calm at the top so it cascades through the organization?

If you answer those questions honestly, you’ll walk into the new year with a strategy that’s rooted in intention, not urgency.

When I talk to leaders, many admit that what they really want next year isn’t more growth. It’s more clarity. More space. More control.

That’s not a weakness- it’s wisdom.

And if 2024 was the year of “do more with less,” 2026 can be the year of “achieve more through focus.”
